Early Solid Silver Cigarette Holder by J Gloster Ltd
For sale is an attractive antique solid silver cigarette. The case has a large oval shaped enamel image on the front displaying two nudes. The inside of the cigarette case is hallmarked with the maker’s mark ‘J.G Ltd’ and also an anchor, a lion and the date mark ‘r’. This cigarette case was produced in 1916 by J. Gloster Ltd. The silver has a rich foliate design. A fabulous collector’s time piece offered in good condition for its age.
