– Gorgeous antique French Empire style glass display cabinet with marquetry inlay
– We date this antique to circa 1900 and it’s in great condition
– Main structure is kingwood complemented by the marquetry inlay to the bottom showing flroal motifs and urns
– The ormolu fixtures are bright and original to the cabinet with great patina
– There’s also a small painted plaque showing a couple in romantic interplay
– We imagine this originally inhabiting a Parisian salon or apartment
– Great purchase on the Rue Du Rossiers at the Paris antiques flea markets
