Large Silver Art Nouveau British BullDog Vesta
I have for sale a splendid Art Nouveau style sterling silver vesta case. The vesta has a raised flowing swirl design in the silver. This pattern was typical of the Art Nouveau period. The central focus point of the vesta is an English bulldog’s head. The inside of the lid is hallmarked ‘Sterling’. This is an unusual piece and a great collector’s item. Silver & Enamel Jockey Vesta Hallmarked J Gloster Ltd Birmingham 1911
For sale is a beautiful solid silver vesta case. The vesta has an enamel image of a jokey on the front. The enamel has a silver rope border. I am not too sure whi the jockey is. I have done some research and it could possibly the Victorian jockey John Dodd. The silver has a rich foliate design. The vesta is hallmarked for Birmingham 1911. The case was produced by J. Gloster Ltd. Condition: Excellent.

Early Silver with Enamel Jack Russel Dog Vesta
I have on offer a charming enamel and sterling silver vesta. The vesta has a fantastic enamel image depicting a white Jack Russel dog. The silver has a beautiful foliate design. The vesta dates to 1876. The inside of the lid of the vesta is hallmarked with an anchor, a lion and the letter ‘b’. There is also the silversmiths mark which has worn away with age. The vesta is in good shape for its age.

I have on offer a charming enamel and sterling silver vesta. The vesta has a fantastic enamel image of the Famous RMS Titanic ship. The vesta dates to 1910. The inside of the lid of the vesta is hallmarked with an anchor, a lion and the letter ‘l’. There is also the silversmiths mark for H.J Cooper & Co of Birmingham. There is a loop to the left hand side of the vesta. The vesta is in good shape for its age with several small scratches to the silver on the back of the vesta case.

Art Deco Porcelain Showgirl with Parrot
A stunning porcelain Art Deco pin lady. The lady is a performing showgirl with a pink feather in her hair. She is wearing an elaborate silver bra and she is holding a parrot in her left hand. This is a wonderful subject matter. The pin doll is offered in great condition.

The crudely made pins and needles used before the Industrial Revolution were costly and typically stored in small boxes and cases. While pin pillows and un-mounted cushions emerged in 15th-century England, it wasn’t until pins were widely affordable during the 1800s that cushions were commonly sold as trinkets or commemorative gifts.

This is a lovely hand painted porcelain pin lady. The lady is dressed in a pik bonnet and dress. There are holes around the pin dolls’s waist so that it can be used to hang the fabric of her dress. This piece is offered in good vintage condition.

This is a stunning solid silver cigarette case. The case has large enamel plaque on the front of an Art Deco lady wearing a fur stole. The inside of the cigarette case is hallmarked for London 1936. The maker of this case is Thomas William Lack. This case is offered in great condition for its age with no dents.
Dimensions: 8.4cm x 6.1cm
