You are viewing a gorgeous silver plated art nouveau style German WMF tankard. This would make for a great collectors piece for any home and is offered in perfect condition. The surface of the tankard features some beautiful relief work featuring cherubs, fruits and other creatures.

I only hope the photos go some way in illustrating the beauty of the piece. At varius points there are nymphs and maidens in an Eden like setting with fruits and grapes. The retractable lid is surmounted by a cute cherub figure with a banjo resting by his side.

It really is a great piece. We were lucky enough to buy this in London’s Camden Passage from a dealer we regularly visit.

You are viewing an exquisite pair of English gilt candelabras in the manner of Paul Storr. The pair stand in each at an impressive two feet tall and would have a great presence in any interiors scheme. The details to the ornamentation on these is amazing with hand chased and engraved decorative motifs including rosettes, garlands, festoons and other arabesques.

Can you imagine how these would look set up with candles? We bought these from a dealer in London’s Camden Passage and we will ship them to anywhere in the world.

Paul Storr (b. 1771- d. 4 March 1844) was a British sculptor, goldsmith and designer. An example of his work is the cup made for the British admiral Lord Nelson to signify his victory at the Battle of the Nile.
