Pair English Bronze Frogs Toads Statue Casting

Pair English Bronze Frogs Toads Statue Casting

– Come view in our antiques showroom in Hertfordshire, just 25 mins north of London
Despite clearly being a frog, the character this chirpy chappie most reminds me of is the larger-than-life Mr Toad from Kenneth Grahame’s Wind in the Willows. It’s actually English in origin aquired on a buying trip in Debenham, Suffolk – with legs intact and uneaten. You are viewing a pair of these bronze frogs.

Also perfectly suited to rockery and shrubbery occupation, this practical sculpture makes the perfect gift for the protrachean fancier. Of course being bronze it can live outside with no fear of rusting. It is offered in great shape and we will ship to anywhere in the world.

CLICK HERE TO BUY THIS PAIR LIFESIZE BRONZE LIONS LION STATUE CAT GATEKEEPER ARCHITECTURAL ON CANONBURY ANTIQUES

Pair Lifesize Bronze Lions Lion Statue Cat Gatekeeper Architectural

Pair Lifesize Bronze Lions Lion Statue Cat Gatekeeper Architectural

– Come view these in our North London antiques showroom, just outside of Potters Bar
You are viewing an impressive pair of nearly lifesize English bronze lions. I hope the photos do this stunning pair some justice, they’re certainly more impressive in the flesh. The lions remind us of the famous ones found in Trafalgar square by Edward Landseer.

The casting is of the highest quality and the patina to the bronze has a lovely dark nutty brown finish to it. Details like the mane are particularly worthy of detail, as the lions locks flow. The face is also very expressionistic and the artist has really caught the creatures character and power with skill.

These would make a great decorative piece for your home or garden. Being bronze these would of course be able to live outside with no fear of rusting and would make excellent gatekeepers either side of your driveway or entrance. They are both offered in perfect condition ready for use right away.

We bought these from an architectural salvage firm in Islington, North London.
– Offered in great condition ready for home use right away
– Will ship to anywhere in the world, please contact us for shipping quotes
