You are viewing a gorgeous pair of Italian resin blackamoor figures holding planters on their heads. They are a perfect pair and these would make a stylish addition to any interiors scheme. The quality to the casting is amazing and I hope the photos adequately convey this.

At nearly five feet tall each they are in impressive pair and would make for a great decorative pair for your hallway or living room. They are of a museum quality. Can you imagine how these would look with plants and foliage overflowing from the planters.

They are both offered in perfect condition. We bought these from a dealer on London’s Westbourne Grove.

CLICK HERE TO BUY THIS FRENCH ART NOUVEAU BRONZE LANTERN GIRL LAMP LIGHT FIGURINE ON CANONBURY ANTIQUES

French Art Nouveau Bronze Lantern Girl Lamp Light Figurine

French Art Nouveau Bronze Lantern Girl Lamp Light Figurine

You are viewing a gorgeous French art nouveau style bronze study of a woman carrying a lantern. The woman is depicted in a long gown carrying the lantern which is raised in her right hand. The piece sits on a square bronze base and overall has a lovely patina to the bronze. The piece is offered in near perfect condition and would make a great decorative item for your home.

Being bronze this will last forever without rusting and hence is a great investment as it will always appreciate in value. Aside from being aesthetically pleasing and nice to look at they can also become heirlooms.

Bronze is any of several alloys consisting mainly of copper and tin. Neither ancient nor modern bronzes consist only of these two metals. Zinc, lead, and silver were added to bronze alloys by Greek and Roman founders for use in tools, weapons, coins, and objects of art. Zinc, lead, and other metals are occasionally present in modern bronze.
