Silver Plated Bronze Golfer Statue Scottish Golf Figurine

You are viewing a silver plated bronze sculpture of a golfer depicted just about to take a swing. I hope the photos do this stunning piece some justice, it’s certainly more impressive in the flesh. The piece stands ona circular marble base which is smooth and chip free.
This really is a great decorative item and obviously would make a great gift for the golfing fan. It would look stunning on a desk or mantelpiece. We cannot find a signature on the item but believe it to be by an artist of talent due to the quality of the piece and the lifelikeness.
Golf is first recorded in 14th-century Scotland, and spread to England, where it became popular among the nobility, although this sculpture depicts a turn of the century golfer.
– Being bronze this will last forever without rusting and hence is a great investment as it will always appreciate in value. Aside from being aesthetically pleasing and nice to look at they can also become heirlooms.
