George Hepplewhite Stühle und Möbel

George war ein englischer Hepplewhite Kabinett und Möbeltischler arbeitet in England in den 1800er Jahren. Seine “Tischler und Polsterer’s Guide” wurde im Jahre 1788 zwei Jahre nach seinem Tod veröffentlicht. Sein Stil war eine leichte Einfachheit mit klassischen Untertönen – er war besonders berühmt für seine Stühle.

Flächenornament und Malerei ersetzt das schwerere geschnitzten Verzierung der früheren Perioden. Viele Stühle hatten Schild-förmigen Rücken mit splats in Form von Weizen Garben, Prince of Wales Federn oder Leiern. Beine waren gerade und verjüngt, in der Regel in Spaten Füßen. Sie sind wunderschöne Stühle und Originale sind sehr gefragt.

Présidents George Hepplewhite et meubles

George Hepplewhite est un cabinet anglais et fabricant de meubles de travail en Angleterre dans les années 1800. Son ‘ébéniste et tapissier Guide »a été publié en 1788 deux ans après sa mort. Son style était d’une simplicité lumineuse avec des nuances classiques – il était particulièrement célèbre pour ses chaises.

Beaucoup avaient le dos des chaises en forme de bouclier avec des icônes en forme de gerbes de blé, le prince de Galles ou plumes lyres. Jambes droites et effilées, souvent dans les pieds de chat. Ils sont magnifiques et originaux chaises sont très recherchées.
